Make account changes

Property owners

To make general changes to your account including name change, phone number, adding someone to your account, or other basic changes, use our account change request form.

We require up to thirty days’ notice to close an account, and at least two-weeks’ notice for changes that may affect your billing cycle or service.

Tenants

To make general changes to your account information, contact customer service by phone at 519-741-2450 or by email.

Have someone take care of your account

If you are going on vacation for an extended period of time, you can allow a contact person to make changes to your account, pay your bills or request appliance service at your home while you are away.

1. Before you start the account authorization request application, have the following information ready:

account number
start and end dates for the authorization
your assigned contact person’s name and phone number

legal closing date
Lawyer's name

forwarding address if applicable

final date you are responsible for making bill payments for the property
