Customers who have recently financed a new natural gas appliance with Kitchener Utilities are eligible to enter our customer service survey contest.  Please complete this survey to be entered into a semi-annual draw for a $150 on bill credit to your Kitchener Utilities account. One entry per household. The winner will be notified. Your answers will be kept confidential. Your responses help us evaluate and improve the level of customer service Kitchener Utilities and our Authorized Dealers provide to customers.
