Online banking is available through most financial institutions.
When paying by Internet banking, you will be required to add a new bill to your list of payees. All you have to do is select Kitchener Utilities, or Kitchener water and gas from the list of payees and enter your 9-digit account number. You can then pay your utilities bill online anytime, from anywhere. Contact your financial institution for more information.
Telephone banking is available through most financial institutions.
When paying by telephone banking, you will be required to add a new bill to your list of payees.
