Account changes

As a property owner and Kitchener Utilities customer, you can make changes to your account information easily without leaving your home. Click on any of the following items to learn more about how to make changes to your account.

At this time, we are unable to provide an online service for tenants to make changes to account information. Please visit one of our customer service representatives who will be happy to help you with your request.

Please note: we require 30 days notice to close an account, and at least two-weeks notice for changes that may affect your billing cycle, or address changes that will affect your service.
